Everything in the picture for $150.00. The crankshaft in the 261 is shot but the 254 is good. The cylinder and piston for 261 is good. Some of the parts are probably extra and do not fit these saws.

I had an inquiry about the cylinders. It looks as if one is a 66 and one is a 261/262. It is marked 262 in the casting. It is in good shape and ready to install with a little clean. The 66 is missing plating below the intake. I was thinking you could pull the crankshaft out of the 254 and put it into the 261. If you then got a 262 piston you could have a factory hot rod. Am I wrong about this? Here are some pictures

The 254 crank rod is shorter then the 257-261-262. The 66 is the same chasis as the 61-66-266-268-272. Hope this helps

Yes a 261 carcass with bad crank. Has a good fuel tank and ignition and oil pump
