My 3120 XP still leaks chain oil through muffler even after successfully passing pressure, vacuum and compression test. Could it be a faulty oiler?

There is no way for chain oil to enter the combustion chamber. It’s either mix oil from running to rich on oil or chain oil being slung onto the engine from exhaust gasses causing turbulence.

Bar oil could enter the crank case through the case gasket. Did you vac test oil tank empty and cap off?
