4 way wedge attachment for Champion woodsplitter

Wondering if anyone knows if you can buy a 4 way wedge attachment that would work on a champion 20 ton woodsplitter.

It works pretty good. If it did it again which I may adjust this one. I would put the wings more straight. They sometime want to dig in and force itself down. Pics will show when i get them for you.
Still quite a bit faster.

Found the thread from when I made it. A few pic to give you an idea.
If i can remember the front verticle splitting edge was 3/8 thick. Side splitters are half inch as well as the side plates. The little strap at back to keep it with splitter wedge in ont 1/4 inch x 1 inch flat bar i think.

I started with the side blades on angle and block of wood seemed to make contact with kost of the edge at same time when wood was coming apart from fron blade.
I then switched them to straight across which really never made.much difference on how it split so not a big deel in my opinion.
Ya need a good welder. I did break off a side splitter so took it into work and rewelded with ther big welder with no trouble after that.
Now that i upgraded my welder i may try and make another but a different design then that one for the front of it.

Lots of work! Looks like my next project.
If I could find a factory one that would fit for under $100 it would be well worth the money.

My original drawing on the cardboard is how I would try my next one. It doesn't have the extra knife out front. Just tje half inch plates sharpened to a point.

Here is a few more. I got most my steel from the work scrap pile. So my cost was mostly time which I never factor in but i would think be much cheaper to make one then buy one.
