So I think i solved my oiler issue! Went down to the garage this morning to swap out 20 inch bar to a 16 in anticipation of hippy neighbors diseased European Birch blowing down. gusty winds are forecast here tonight and wanted to be ready. Anywho... the rubber mating surface that pops through the backer plate looked fine. But after running my fingernail around it and putting new smaller bar on, the damned thing oils perfectly! I'm guessing in my blowing this thing down religiously I dislodged the rubber gasket just a hair! which is a relief because I'm not ready to "dirty up" the new 562 just yet! Cheers.
