Get that thing changed out for an Oregon Rim and drum system (not a Stihl one)
when you are at it - Stihl use a "mini" 7-spline system that only Stihl offer rims for on the small saws, and usually want 4-6 times what others do for regular "small" 7-spline rims. The rims obviously are made at the same place, and there is no quality difference to explain the higher price of the Stihl ones.

Curious why you prefer the oregon setup over stihl?

To avoid the "Mini" spline size basically (for .325), for the stated reason (cost and sometimes availability of Stihl branded rims). For the "Standard" 7-spline rims it doesn't matter - my comment was about "Small" 7-spline (Oregon) vs. "Mini" 7-spline (Stihl).

If you want to run 3/8" lo-pro on a rim drive though, the "Mini" used to be the only easily available option - but I don't know the current market situation for any of this (the post you commented is almost 10 years old).
