Cc specialties makes the only right angle I am aware of, cost is high though. I love mine though.

i have a small 1/8” chuck pneumatic tool. works nice but takes a fair bit of air to run it

Who makes a small dental sized 90 degree narrow head that takes 1/8” shank cutters. Can’t do the transfer ports.
