Don't even worry about the tires. That baby needs to be on railroad tracks with a BIG generator right behind it and a boom grapple in front. Add a coupla hoppers and an engine....Just think about all the newly accessible firewood. It's about quantity, right?:msp_rolleyes:

just add a conveyer and a cut off and you got a processor.

i wouldn’t mind watching a video of that rub-Goldberg machine running from the safety of my own home.
 
I think it is supposed to be a processor, kind of. If u look at all the pics there is a harvester bar on there.
 
Theres an idea, but to feed another processor. Tthink those huge trees like tree service guys get, if the long logs could be quarterted, then they would be easier to handle. Think 50 inch + diameter logs, stuff like that.

but then you need a way to load the logs and...

err

still cool though.
 
It has a hyd cut off right before the splitter wedge, so it seems to be intended more as a processor than just a splitter.
