Altec / Woodchuck WC16 Chipper Manual Search

I am trying to find an owners manual for a woodchuck WC16 chipper. I just bought it used and I think the blades need to be sharpened because it isn't cutting things in small enough pieces. I searched online for an hour and couldn't find one. Even the Altec site didn't seem to have one I could buy. The few times I thought I seemed close looked like scam sites. Any thoughts or direction?

I am in the hunt for service and parts manuals for a dc1317 that I just purchased.

Tomorrow I will be calling Altec directly at 8774625832. See how it goes. They say call parts department and provide serial number to get correct info.

I was able to set up an Altec account and get through to the parts department. Seems the parts and service manual is a short read and is available for $45. Not sure if there is a delivery charge as well.

I have a 2011 Altec DC1317 if anyone wishes to compare notes at some point.
