I dropped over $3K at the ISA last week.
Stewart sat down with me and went over everything, gave bulk discounts I didn't even ask for.
Tobe picked up the frieght on everything but a big orchard ladder (that was the show special though).
Sean e-mailed me that there was a discount they missed, and would make suer it would get on the invoice.
Then Stewart went to Tom and got me another 5% off the total, even though i had signed off on the purchase three days earlier.
Can't beat that with a pole saw extention!
Guess whos catlog I open first next time. (Well I would anyways. I've always gotten it for the articles!)
