Seeing bits on the news up here of some severe flooding over a few states and hoping nobody here is being adversely affected.

Was watching local news and haven't chased the story online but seems like some eight million people were under flood watches, mostly in the Missouri and Mississippi watersheds, but I know they have lots of tributaries so cover a lot of area.

We're sitting under clear blue skies, free from contrails as there is no moisture aloft where the jets fly, and had numerous record warm temperatures recorded all around BC yesterday, with more forecast for today.

Warm weather for sure right now and about as nice as it could be for this time of year.

Hope you're all safe and dry.

    Take care.

Not here, snow melting fast but still have lots to go. Winter did not happen here until Febuary then we got inundated with snow. Fortunately, the ground did not freeze up. The melt water is going instead of running off. Still have a few days of over norm temperaure so the last 6-8" of cover on the ground should be gone.
