Anyone else lookout for funny looking wood?

Got a couple of little fellows I've saved in recent years. The first might be a moose with mismatched horns, or call him what you like. The second . . . possum or a possum's cousin. Hard to make out all his contours in the photo, but he sits on the mantle over my fire. (First is pine, second is weathered juniper. Juniper root if I remember right.)
