18” wide 46” long and 5” thick and free handed some blocks that will get router milled flat. Did the mantel also. I’ll put a flat on the back side opposite the tree branch.

Some of it! What are some things that can be made with chunks like this? I was thinking hogging one out and putting a pic inside with some lights in there
Router setup for this is a little hokey but works good. A hot glued together 
Started on a bench for a tiny dog. I need to cut out the seat that will go half way down and the back rest. Got it all squared up. Went off the top cut since it looked straight

you should bag it or coat with something to help it dry slower ,perty wood
Coat the whole thing? I sealed the ends and always put about a inch of sealer on the face grain right next to the end grain. I was thinking they would dry slower inside rather then outside. The apple has a ton of water in it and seems to let it out fast. They were molding pretty good in about a week where they were. I sanded them little last night and sealed the ends
