Just wonder if anyone opens up the oil passage ways to get better oil flow or some thing of that idea.etc..

I have done that carefully with a drill bit. I noticed better oiling with Echo 620 stock 28” bar. A Dremel might be better as it’s easy to break drill bits. I would maybe just try to go wider up top but not any lower. I don’t have any studies or long term experience. You can always do more, hard to put material back

Husky 350 20" bar ..
Is the 20" bar a K095 mount ?
I do not understand the KO95 mount...just a stock Husky mount
K095 is the Oregon Products mount designation .
Is the diameter of the bar oil hole the same as the saw oil supply slot height ?

Sean it would be good to determine that the saw oil supply slot and the bar oil hole line up properly .
Then it would good if the oil hole was the same diameter as the saw oil slot width .

It should be since it's a stock bar and saw.
