Love my Kobalt(Greenworks) 80v saw. It won't replace my Stihl entirely, but last year's firewood(3 cords, what I'm burning this year) was cut with entirely battery electric power. That saw is a huge part of why the Stihl lives on premix fuel now, it gets used so seldom.

I also have the mower, string trimmer, and leaf blower, four batteries and three chargers. Cultivator and hedge trimmer attachments for the string trimmer. None of it's all day every day type of equipment, but after 4 years use and experience with the battery electrics with my 1/3rd acre homeowner needs, you couldn't give me gas powered equipment now.

Thanks. Already shared it on a couple of other sites.

More than happy to test out and video any other theories you guys may have around chainsaw protection. We have our own in-house testing facility that can do both pants/chaps and boots
