Best customer service ever!

Long story short, I purchased two arbor wear sweatshirts from them ($150). They hadn't shipped and there was a mix up and it was taking a while so I asked for a refund so I could buy them elsewear. Well I get an email from the owner apologizing and telling me they would refund me my money and ship the shirts free when they came in. Kinda thought I read it wrong but sure enough I get an email today informing me that my package is on its way...

Got the package today, both sweatshirts are there. Can't say enough good things about these guys!
