Birch leaning with structural issues at base

See pics. Overall it seems healthy enough if it weren’t for the lean and the base issues. It’s leaning towards our kids play area which is cause for concern. Do any experts agree that’s it’s time to come down? Any other advice.

Don't know if I'd consider myself to be an "expert" but yes, time to go. Its only going to grow the same direction it currently is growing and with the base as bad as it is, it's not going to get better.

Yeah, definitely needs to come down. Sooner rather than later, while it is still safe to climb.
