Bug ID Keep Finding in Oak

Hello everyone...

I have been seeing this bug throughout the summer. Seems to like oak splits. I looked online for pictures of the Asian Longhorn Beetle (ALB) and there are some differences. The ALB has distinctive white spots on its body and doesn't seem to have the appendage on its tail.

Anyone have experience with the ALB enough to determine what this one is?

Could be the White Oak Borer Beetle or something in that family,
