burnout, sell or hire GM

Stick a fork in me, im done. what's your experience with either selling out or hiring a GM? I see pros and cons to both. I run 18-20 employees and do about 2m annually.

2m annually is pretty low for that size crew, maybe it's your area norm, but 18-20 guys here is about 4m. Hire a GM and boost your sales is what I would do.

I agree. While my business isn’t logging, 18 guys should be making me at least 6-8 mil a year. A professional will easily earn his salary and double your income.
