So changed out the leaky cylinder on my dht 30 ton splitter and after installing a new one from dht it’s seems there is air in the system. What’s the best way to get the air out of it. Just keep moving it back and forth or try to bleed it ?

Tried to cycle it 10-20 times and it still has a bunch of air in it I can see it in the clear line coming from the tank
You could try elevating one end and bleeding it off at the high point. The air should go to the high point.
The return line to the tank, or the suction line from tank to pump?

If you see air in the line from the tank to pump, then the reservoir is low, the suction screen is plugged or you have a loose fitting on the hose.

I would replace that suction line first chance you get with a proper suction line from a hydraulic supply store. I had a lot of issues with that think getting punctured, leaking, and failing where it meets the pump or the tank. The only time my cylinder did what you are describing I found that that hose had leaked and bled the tank nearly dry. Verify the tank is full then keep running it. The air will work its way out eventually
