Chinkapin Oak Leaf diagnosis

Question on diagnosis of these chinkapin oak leaf pictures. Some is blister and some I think is just summer stress. Most worried about image 1163 and what that might be. Also been seeing sooty mold on some of the trees we have dug for customers.

These are in a tree farm setting. They were grown and then transplanted into their current location. We had a huge amount of rain and cooler than normal temperatures going right up to july 4th then the water turned off and the heat set in.

Leaf scorch is a very common symptom of transplant shock. Tree farms should root prune prior to moving trees to help reduce shock.
