Chipper problems

Hello I have a seventies or eighties model chipper it's a whisper chipper 4 cylinder I have a Zenith updraft carburetor it's a four cylinder there's no identifying features to be able to identify the engine on this does anybody know what engine I have please let me know if u know what I have I bought starter with silonoid

Probably just get a new one, not worth putting money in that rust bucket
