Climbing in west Michigan

Does anyone know of climbing classes in west Michigan or is there someone in my area that I can hang out with and help on weekends to learn the ropes...literally? I'm handy with a saw. I just acquired some climbing gear and would like to learn from an experienced climber before giving it the old college try.
