I am a senior on the university of Connecticut timber team, graduating in may 2012. Basically I am a broke college student looking for a completion quality axe. I would be able to touch it up and hang it myself, so if anyone has an old comp axe their looking to get rid of, or knows someone who does, it would be greatly appreciated and put to good use. Thanks.

I got a nice Keech Timberman from him awhile back for a good price. More of a work/practice axe really, but I'm not good enough to tell the difference or care:msp_biggrin:

Im on a collegiate team and we use those a lot in practice. Ive got a new baileys competition axe for practice, but im looking for something with a little nicer steel to use in competitions.

Yeah, the team has a couple of them. They are very heavy and don't chop all that well.
