Need more details. In short, drain fuel and replace with fresh fuel.
We all know gas and water does not mix. However when they added ethanol to gas it acts and an emulsifier that allows water to mix with gas.
Water in e free fuel will collect at the bottom of the tank and you can see it and can be easily drained off. With ethanol it will not collect at the bottom but mix with the fuel. You can't tell how much water is in ethanol fuel because it's mixed or blended in with the fuel. I would drain carburetor bowl and fuel tank and start with fresh fuel.
