Couple of gnome carvings

Both carved out of basswood using a knife. 6-7 inches tall. Gonna paint them once I decide on the colors.

Got around to painting these little fellers.

First time watering down the paint to to make them look a bit older and bring out the wood. There's a learning curve to it and I'm not a painter/artist to begin with. But they're just gonna sit in my house anyway and they look good enough for that.
