DHT 22 ton splitter

Looking for input? I purchased a new wood splitter from DHT on ebay over a month ago. Didn't run. Contacted DHT, they had me take it to a service center. Waited 3 weeks and wanted to know what was going on? DHT wouldn't respond back. Emailed again this time DHT stated it would be done and it was just a carburetor adjustment. Called and spoke with service center who stated it wasn't the carburetor but a module causing the splitter to die or not start up but DHT will not return his phone calls. I have requested to DHT to return and want money back but they will not contact me back. I have heard of others saying how good DHT is with customer service but this is the worst transaction I have ever had purchasing a new item! Buyer beware before purchasing an item from DHT!
