Thanks for the reply. Mildly toxic, have to consume large amouts. He did not get many, will keep an eye on him and son will remove the bush. Son contacted poison control in Wisconsin. He only has 6 young boys to keep an eye on. Impossible.That's an invasive honeysuckle bush. Don't know about the berries. But it's a nasty plant that's taking over.

You are correct. Thanks for everyone's help.Probably Lonicera tatarica BUT Lonicera xylosteum is mildy toxic.
