Dolmar 116 SI

I have a Dolmar 116Si 60 cm 3.7 cu in saw that I have in the shop. It will run but it is hard to start. They said it needs rings and a cylinder. Is this worth fixing? I do not need a collector item but I do need a saw. I like the power, strength, and quality of this saw. Should I sale this saw and take the money I would have put in to fixing the 116si and buy another? If so how much could I get out of the 116si? What would be a saw of the same power, stringth, and quility?
