EBay chainsaw mill

I just bought a 36 inch chainsaw mill on ebay and assembled it. I've looked closely, and it appears to be the exact same mill as the holzfforma. The eBay model cost $50, and the holzfforma costs over $100. Has anyone tried the eBay version? How ironic it would be if holzfforma is now being undercut in price by other chainsaw mill companies.

I wish I would have seen that. I ordered the holzforma a while back and assembled it but have not used it yet. Been too dang not. We are at 80 days of 90 plus temps.
I paid $110 for mine.

I was considering the ebay one, then a guy listed a never used Granberg for $100 on CL. No brainer...

I haven't tried the eBay sawmill yet. I assembled it, but did not use the plexiglass sheet. What is the purpose of the sheet? Is it just to keep sawdust from flying everywhere?
