Sorry to say but you are wrong here.
Disclaimer: The following statement is contrary to popular belief.
I'm trying to say that these Walbro carbs that are on these 590's have a high speed bypass. All of the high screws come 5/8 of a turn out and run fine stock or with the muffler opened up. One of the first 590's I messed with I removed the limiter caps and seated the hi screw all the in and the saw would still 4 stroke out of the cut and no it was not hitting the limiter.
