English Walnut slab. interesting grain

I've never cut an English walnut - that's a lot of sapwood! Is it dirty or are there staining in the wood?
Looks like a nice smooth cut.

Its been air drying 4 years. some staining, pretty dirty. will be flattening it soon. the other pieces i've cleaned up are stunning.

What do you see?

A giraffe's head and neck. Just enough profile that only one eye is visible.

thats what i see!

Cool piece.
Looks like a moose and the part of the mouth is behind the stump in the forefront.

Or you could say it's his neck beard if you want to stretch the imagination or it's tongue in a mineral lick
