Will a 20" bar from an MS461 work on a 261?
Will an 18" bar from an MS250 work on a 261?

Besides the bar mount, keep in mind that the chain and sprocket has to match the bar. I'm guessing the big saw uses 3/8, middle saw probably uses .325, and 3/8lp for the small saw.

Yes, you can swap those just fine, assuming same chain pitch.
