I'm trying to make a cheat sheet or pocket card for the guys at work to use when tuning saws. I'm having trouble tracking down the suggested idle settings for a few models that we own. I know tuning to ear is a better practice, but I need a quantifiable range to use as a baseline for the ones new to tuning a carb.

What I've got so far is:

MS 440 - MS 460
2,500 low, 13500 high

MS 026/260
3300 low, 14000 high

MS 660
2500? low, 13000 high

I'm looking for verification as far as the info that I have as well as rpm settings for MS 441, 461, 362, and 390.

Thanks for the help!

Changing oil brands, ratios, and fuel octane levels can lead to slight differences in tuning. If you're skilled enough to safely tune by ear then there's no reason to not make note of your own adjustments for future reference.
