Before I became ill I started on fabricating a front end loader, backhoe. Since I had three international 154 estate tractors there the size machine I wanted. I have the front subframe with the lifting arms almost finished. I boxed the orginal flimsy frame with c channel. Now it’s double wall to the lifting arm area. I’m thinking about a new front axle with power steering. I need to run flat plate past the seat area towards the rear of the machine and setup the quick hitch for the backhoe. I want a toy but a toy that can dig. Pics to follow. I have about $50 k of new steel here, my sons will get some hands on. My engineering son has done some on it already. It gives him some more hands on knowledge since he’s really book smart.
