Got these Dead yard Ash Down .

I’ve been fretting about these dead Ash trees since I moved in , lm a home owner not an experience arboristsit but I took all your advice last spring when we moved in . Took all the dead ones close to the house down . But these I left cause I thought they less risky and thought about the right time to tackle them ,with out wind .
Anyway I’m so relieved they are down now, got time now to clean up.

I think I will split some staves and make some long bows for me and the grandkids, anyone know ,or done that ?
never get another chance ash are going !
 
Ash, once killed by EAB, does not make good lumber - becomes very brittle. I don't think I'd ever trust it pulling the bow back.
 
Did someone say they want to cut down ash trees for the wood ?
I have about 30 trees ready to go ! You cut you haul. all for free ....
