Hi all..can you ID this tree for us please?

....Its in the back corner of our yard. We just bought the house a year ago so don't know much about its past upkeep.

the center branches appear to be very thin and dropping....
Were wondering whether its worth having an arborist prune it, fertilize it or remove it...your thoughts please
