Hello, I have a nice solid and in average condition, Homelite DM50 12" multi-purpose/K-12 saw. It runs great but can be hard to start. It currently has a 12" concrete blade. The blade was used for one small job cutting faux stone for a fireplace. All metal saw, except air filter and belt covers. Built to last. $200 plus shipping or best offer.
