Hi guys. I haven’t posted much here but I figured I’d post a find. One day a month back or so I was throwing some scrap metal out at the dump, my oldest spotted a chainsaw in the pile. Now I was not going to grab a dump saw, it’s there for a reason. But he made his way up and grabbed it. An old homelite super mini. To my surprise the rope pulled over and had compression. He wanted it so I said throw it in the truck, maybe it would be a winter project. Well today I had the gas can in my hand so I dribbled some gas in it and pulled it over. Nothing. Pulled plug wire and threw in plug I just took out of trimmer, spark. Now I was interested. Pulled spark plug put it in wire, no spark. Now I’m thinking did someone really throw this out over a plug? Replaced plug with the trimmer plug, dumped out old gas, checked fuel filter, line seemed decent. Fuelled up and she fired right up. Lol. Only problem is it’s missing the filter cover and guide bar. 78498915-1EAC-41CE-A545-68D50492F32F.jpeg54AF47B5-BFA2-4CC8-AE8A-35AEFAEBA72B.jpeg13BF1C88-8944-4F7A-BB7D-35A2577525AF.jpegF3140F53-04E7-41E9-A508-1768DD81BD40.jpeg
