I have a 455 that I have used for about three years that has developed an oiling problem. No oil the chain so replaced oil pump. No fix. Replaced delivery hose from pump because of crack. Oil coming out with no bar on saw. Still no oil to bar and chain. Oil comes out bottom of saw. Any suggestions? Just replaced bar and chain.

If oil is coming out just fine with no bar on, but not when it is installed, perhaps something isn't lined up properly? A new bar shouldn't be plugged.

What year is the saw? They introduced a new oil pump in 05, new suction hose in 06, and a new in-tank screen in 09. Seeing how you've replaced both the pump and the hose those should be updated.

Saw was new in 08.

Are you using the correct bar?
Does the oil hole in the bar line up with the oiler hole on the saw?
Is the bar mounting correctly (tight) against the oiler hole?

bar oil port & chain groove

Even if the oil pump is working and delivering oil to port, it
does little good with a clogged bar.
A whole lot of crud can collect under clutch housing and in bar.
