Husqvarna 346xp New Edition 50cc. Saw has seen little use. Starts easy runs, idles, revs just like new. Clean it and throw it on the shelf or work with it tomorrow. $550 shipped with the 18" bar and chain pictured. Bar and chain is in nice shape as well.

    Check out the pics below.

I love mine! It doesn't really know it is 50cc. Acts more like 70!

Feel free to make an offer. What do you figure an even cleaner xpg is worth?

So MSRP on these was under $500... Pretty sure I paid $479 for the one I had. Traded for a Petzl saddle and felt I’d come out on top in the deal.

No offense intended, just curious how is it you expect to get 10% over the new price for a used unit in visually worn, decidedly imperfect condition? Just because they don’t make it anymore and it holds a warm place in husky fanboy hearts?

Methinks a good price would be more in the neighborhood of $350... ‍♂️

Yup. Pretty much. Ever priced a 200T?
Methinks you should handle price negotiations through PM.

Great first post BTW. Welcome to AS.

Walkdog, some goods appreciate in value, and the 346 is no exception. From someone who sells a couple saws a year I am pretty familiar that I am asking a premium for my saw, check out what they are going for on ebay and I think you will find $500ish is a good deal. Remember you don't have to purchase this saw, however you are entitled to your opinion even if it is wrong.

He sells a NIB 550xp for close to $100 less than MSRP so he isn’t out to rip anyone off

Not sure that’s entirely apples to apples, but I concede the point. Are there sellers on fleabay overcharging and buyers willing to overpay for them? Definitely. But this isn’t eBay... Here you can find sellers like Lone Wolf offering 200Ts in great shape for $500 or less.

Maybe list it there then? There are surely good sellers on eBay, but I tend to be shocked what saws of questionable condition go for on there.
This, on the other hand, is a place with a more knowledgeable audience and an actual sense of community.

I find there’s a difference between people who really want to sell things, and people who just have things for sale, and, hey, it does say “Want To Sell” right next to your listing :p

Totally not gonna troll your listing anymore, though - good luck

    1. Its not over charging, if people are willing to pay it.

    2."This isn't ebay" ....no ****

    3. Lone Wolf is a great seller

    4. "Maybe list it there then" ....I don't want to, I would rather sell to the good people of AS, don't like it, fucck off.

    5. I listed it as "want to sell" because I want to sell it.

    6. "Totally" are you a 13 year old girl, for fucck sakes

    7. You may not identify as a TROLL but you are!!

Goodness gracious gentlemen. I was warned there were thin-skinned, aggressive folks here, but I really didn’t think my playful statements of the obvious would provoke that kind of response. Will definitely think twice in the future.

Please accept my apologies for the ego bruising. I find lots of good info on this site, and look forward to contributing to the discussion. I really did mean it when said good luck - more power to ya if you can get it!
