I bought it from the OO and disassembled for inspection.

At that time i did some port work- very conservative with the grind.

Exhaust port was widened, and lowered to just below the piston crown at BDC. Port ceiling was polished only- didn’t want to lose any of the 394 torque.

Intake was cleaned up and widened just slightly at the cylinder wall.

Lower transfers were tapered out and opened up slightly.

Upper transfers were tapered toward the intake slightly and polished up.

Cylinder was reassembled WITH the base gasket.

Muffler was purchased from another member- he bought new OEM, and then cut in half. Opened the exhaust exit from the inside and then did a beautiful tig job on the weld. Breathes much better than a stock muffler. And looks 100% stock

Handle is full wrap, with large bucking spikes.

I plugged the decomp as I do on every saw I own.

(Video of the saw below)

This saw is well built and ready to go.
