Husqvarna 440 e series chainsaw

Has anyone else had problems with chain tension issues? If so have you found a solution to this issue with the e series chainsaw?
Mine after a short time needs to have the chain tightened. I have to stop often to retighten the chain.

Have you tried supporting the bar tip when you adjust the chain tension and tighten the bar nuts?

Try putting a block of wood ynder the bar tip, so that it is applying upward pressure on the bar, some of my Husqvarna owner manuals include this as part of the changing/adjusting chains directions
