Husqvarna 455 Rancher... is something missing?

My 455 Rancher seems like it's missing a rubber grommet or something here where my finger is pointing. The metal stud sticking out looks like one of those air hose attachments you use to air a basketball.
Is it okay like this, or missing something?

You got it... a travel limiter. I slip a piece of fuel line over them on saws that I care about.
