Interchangable bars for 50 cc and under Chainsaws

I read somewhere that a Bar and chain designed for Remington Outlaw RM 4620 in a 20 inch length drive links 78. .325 pitch .050 guage bolts right up on my Echo cs 490.
I have no idea if that's true.
Has anyone tried this?

I think any k095 bar is easily modified to fit small echo saws. Not sure what bar that Remington takes, but many small bars are very similar and easy to make work on other small mount saws.

Thanks. I'd like to have a spare bar an chain for my cs 490. But not pay for Echo suff. The cs 352 uses a cheap 16 inch combo bar and chain for Poulan under 25 bucks. May never use it but it's always good to go into the woods with a spare bar and chain in the case. Good day
