Is this a oak tree? 3/23

After the last misidentification, I'm going to be careful on this one! :surprised3: First of all, it's in the Pacific NW, in Portland, Oregon, not the midwest.

I don't think it's hackberry, as the hackberrys I have around here have an almost pure white wood. If we could see an end of a piece of wood, that would rule oak in or out. Tuliptree usually is straight and tall and a long ways to the 1st branch, and very rarely multistem. If it's a black walnut, a tree that size would be putting out a LOT of walnuts, and I think it would be obvious on the ground.

However, the seeds above the righthand piece of wood on the pic with 3 pieces on the tailgate look like ash. The form of the tree reminds me of the multistem ash we have around here. The wood looks similar to the other ash that stumped me. However, if those are not seed pods, but are leaves, then I'll say some type of willow.
