Is this dying and how do I save it

It doesn’t matter if I put it in the dark or the light the leaves still shrivel and look burnt. I’ve googled the possible diseases for cherry trees and it doesn’t seem to match any descriptions I’ve read or pictures I’ve seen. Please help

Does the pot have drainage holes? Did you (over)fertilize it?

The pot does have drainage holes and I haven’t fertilized it. I only replanted it into that pot about a week ago

It has never been outside. I had it in indirect sunlight for about 32 hours and it grew all those leaves from that point on they’ve been dying. When I got it it just had buds
