I planted a Japanese Saucer Magnolia in April for my Wife as a wedding gift, and it was very healthy for a few months, now the leaves look burnt and are falling off. Can anyone help me bring this back to health and identify what disease it may have if any and what I can do to get rid of it? I would really love to save it.

Looks like a fungal leaf spot disease. Not sure about treatment. Does the tree have a warranty still? Might want to check about replacing with a disease resistant variety.
