The auto decomp killed this low hour saw. I pulled the nipple for the hose from the transfer, tapped it and ran a 10-32 machine screw in with JB weld. It's solid. I plugged the decomp port and used sealer on the plug threads. The 199 is rebuilt with a K24 kit with a tan diaphragm. The intake clamp is from an 036. Meteor piston, caber ring with the cleaned up OEM cylinder. I deleted the base gasket and sealed it up with Yamabond last night. Squish is .022. I started and dialed it in this evening, I'll be taking it out to cut a load in the morning. The only flaw i see besides a little grime is a crack in the recoil cover near the front lower bolt. It can be seen in the shot of the bottom of the saw. As long as I don't love it more than my ported 2159 I'll ship it PHO to the CONUS for $445.

The scored piston in the pic will be included, it could probably be cleaned up and used. The machine marks are still present above the ring.

She ran beautifully in red oak. I tuned it with a slight four stroke in the cut unless I really leaned on it. This was one tank of fuel, with more restarts and idling time than usual. Runs, cuts, brakes, and oils beautifully. Hot starts are one pull. Did some smaller stuff and some 16" with the 18" bar, which can be included. Great firewood saw, but if I win a port job in the raffle today this will be heading out...

A compression test was requested, so here she is. This is cold, with one tank of fuel on it. I finished the cylinder cleanup with a scotchbrite pad so between that and the new caber I expect this number to increase some as it wears in.
