I have built 4 of these saws and this is the first one to do this. I built it for a customer and I dropped it off to him last night and he came back with it today saying it sounded weird like a popping noise. I started it quickly and yup it sounds bad. I started in by checking fuel for water and then started on seals. I found the flywheel side seal pushed out of the case. I put it back in and it was tight like new. Test ran the saw and made about 8 cuts on a 8 inch round of pine and then it died. Took flywheel off and it's pushed out again. Anyone have any input on this one. I will put a new seal in it but I would like to know what is going on here.
