That’s fair! I’m mostly interested in selling it outright though. I am looking for an ms261 cylinder, If you have one we could maybe work something out

Sorry, don't have that.
I was partners in a Chainsaw shop in northern Wisconsin in the 80s and Jonsered is one of the brands we sold. By then the 601 had been out of the line for a number of years, but some still came in for service and I knew that it was the saw that got Jonsered started in that part of the country. The pulp cutters used them until the 621 came out. Anyway, the upshot of all that is that I have a soft spot for the 601, and someday I'll have one setting next to my 621 but I guess it's going to need to wait a while.
